      Regardless of your trading style, the BESTDirect trading platform gives you an effective platform for futures trading. The depth-of-market (DOM) trading panels offer a dynamic way to view the market and place trades, including advanced order entry such as trailing stops and profit targets. The Trade Window gives a complete view of account information and an intuitive order entry ticket with OCO orders, while the flexible workspace lets you mix and match the platform views that you want. Features of BESTDirect 8.0 include:

STREAMING REAL-TIME CHARTS


      The charts, available from the top toolbar of the BESTDirect trade ticket window, are available with 1-, 5-, 10-, 15-, 30-, and 60-minute intervals. Charts include a wide variety of popular indicators, drawing tools as well as a zoom feature. Candlestick charts are also available. Streaming real-time charts are available for E-Mini S&P 500, E-Mini Nasdaq, and Mini-sized Dow futures. These charts remain active on your desktop even after you close the BESTDirect program.


      With the Quick Trade window, you can also see the four prices in the book above and below the current bid and ask as well as the quantities at those prices. The depth of market feature also gives you another way of placing stop and limit orders. To place a stop or limit order through the Quick Trade window, place your cursor over the bid or ask window that shows the price you want and left click. This will populate the price window with the price you selected. Then right click and a menu will appear giving you the option to place a stop or limit order.
